Bruins Bound: Croatian Sensation Lena Bilić Commits to UCLA
UCLA Women’s basketball received a commitment from 2025 Croatian SF Lena Bilic, according to social media activity by UCLA Head Coach Cori Close.
Coach Close retweeted an account announcing Bilic, who joins the #2 overall prospect Sienna Betts as c/o 2025 commits.
Bilic is a 6’2” versatile, offensive-minded forward who can handle the ball in half-court and transition, make plays out of pick and roll, and score it from behind the arc, the midrange, and on the block. Bilic averaged 15.7 ppg, 4.9 rebounds per game, and 3.7 assists per game this past summer at the 2024 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, and 16 ppg, 5 rebs, and 5.6 assists at the 2024 FIBA u18 Women’s Eurobasket competition.
